Scene and Evidence

Prosecutors said remains were found in two separate bags inside the trunk of a Tesla registered to singer D4vd (David Anthony Burke) after a tow-yard employee reported a foul odor on Sept. 8, 2025, a day before the teen's 15th birthday. The medical report notes one bag contained the torso and head and the other contained the arms and legs; some fingers showed damage. She was wearing a tube top, underwear, leggings and socks and had a "Shhh..." tattoo on her right index finger, a mark also visible on Burke in a Sept. 2024 photo.

Legal Status

Burke has been charged with murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14 and unlawful mutilation of human remains. He pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for April 23, one year after the alleged killing.
