Danson revealed he and his wife, Mary Steenburgen, now meditate twice a day — a habit he joked he used to claim he did when he didn’t. He called the practice calming and part of how he’s changing his daily life.
Beyond lifestyle tweaks, the experience shifted his priorities: Danson said the biggest gift was learning to be curious about other people — to listen, support and witness them — and that being more present is what he hopes to offer going forward.
